biography:
since edeyana was a young lady, she’s worked at her parent’s bed and breakfast. It’s home to many wandering travelers, who need reprieve from the uncertainty of exploration. carrying on the business is a family tradition she treasures dearly.
when edeyana’s sister fell ill, edeyana made it her priority to take care of her. she sought for a solution to winnie’s ailment. one night she overheard the patrons. they spoke of a magic elixir, made from the dew off faerie wings. through endless woes, they spoke of a place familiar to edeyana, where she used to play as a child.

she ventured to the reaches of the forest later that night, through the whispering willows, with all but the clothes on her back. underneath a severed tree lay a mushroom ring. all lined with dandelions and trickles of stardust. much to her disbelief, she’d stumbled upon the entrance to the fae world.
there’s not much edeyana can recall about the world of fae. from the moment edeyana broke through the barrier, her vision blurred, and her senses were overwhelmed by the smell of milk and honey. what lingered in her memory was a voice. it was velveteen and sweet. telling edeyana, that she had the will to change what is within her grasp, and the rest may be set in stone.

at daybreak edeyana woke along a field of irises. on her hip lay a talesman, she’d later come to know as a vision. beside it lay a claymore made of rose quartz.

personality: she can be awkward and unsure of what is or isn’t appropriate within a personal relationship. most of the people in her life, save for her family, come and go. although edeyana is content with her life, she finds herself lonely more often than not. the connection travelers share between one another is something she wants dearly. she often catches herself enraptured by stories of adventure, and wishes to see more of the world.
in her free time, edeyana is fond of tea-brewing. she’ll collect leaves from her garden and come up with blends for guests and friends. as well, she is a fan of fantasy novels, and is often dreaming of the fae world
